Falling

Lesson 3 in ‘The Running Revolution’ is all about falling and using gravity to drive forward momentum.

My focus for the next couple of days is going to be on letting go and accepting gravity instead of driving forward.

From an endurance perspective I think this makes sense – instead of expending energy we are using gravity to conserve energy.

Short and sweet today. Nothing earth shattering – but that is part of the process. Just show up and put in effort – Consistent effort is better than heroic effort. Consistent effort will pay off in the long run. Heroic effort has little long term benefit.
