Consistency

I didn’t want to run. Wasn’t going to run. Decided to run a little. Preceded to run 23k bringing my weekly total up to 60k. 3 days of running in a row – 15k, 10k, and tonight’s 23k. Legs feel good. Knees are ok: right knee will feel that lingering outside of the knee soreness sporadically, and my left knee shifts from inside to the front middle soreness. Nothing serious, probably my legs getting used to the increased kilometers.

I hate from 0-8k. Find 8-15 alright. Love 16-23. There are ups and downs within each bucket. 0-8k my body is waking up and remembering how to move. 8-15 I am working through the little throngs of soreness, fatigue, and pain. 16-23 I am in a zone.
