Life Happens

I planned on running 3 times a week for 5 k the two weeks prior to my half marathon but I haven’t. Last week I ran twice of 5k each. This week I have only run one 5k and it was today. I use the excuse that life got in the way but in reality I haven’t made it a priority.

I have also been in a bad mood it seems like these past two week – there is probably some correlation.

Keep a growth mindset. Make running a priority.
