Treadmill 15 min

Gave the treadmill 15 minutes of my morning. Is it ideal? No. Is it better than not running? Yes.

The biggest thing for me with treadmill running is that the ground moves, which is the opposite of running outside – this is no smaller matter considering forward movement is predicated gravity. In pose running, it is my understanding that, you fall forward so that running is controlled falling.  This is impossible on a treadmill.

I compensate for this dramatic change by running in place with proper Pose form without leaning forward and falling.

Running puts me in a good mood. I should do little runs more often.
