Treadmill Life

I have been running on a treadmill the past few runs – not ideal but they are a great tool when running outside just doesn’t fit what’s going on in your life.

15 min on a treadmill is better than not running at all.

To stay motivated I have been reading some running books: ‘Running with the mind of Meditation’ by Sakyong Mipham, and ‘The runners rule book’ by Mark Remy.

Running takes motivation and discipline. Motivation can come from many places, discipline comes from within.
